i made my 30 before 30 list when i was still single, and let’s just say that since then i’ve been (albeit reluctantly at first) swept off my feet just a little bit… i left this one on the list anyway…
my boyfriend’s friends were in town last weekend and we all met for a few drinks at DnB after dinner on Friday night. i asked the bartender if i could send my boyfriend his next drink, but i asked him to say it was from the other side of the bar from a “secret admirer”… i enlisted my bf’s friend to ask him who sent it, etc…
when i saw matt drinking the last of his beer, i started to head to the restroom so i wouldn’t give away the suprise (i’m soooo bad at lying!) and then the bartender walks over and right in front of me says “this beer is from a young lady who would like to remain anonymous” and of course, matt instantly turned to me! so much for the element of suprise. haha.
it didn’t go off as planned, but i’ll check it off anyway. i may be biased, but i think matt is probably the cutest guy in just about any bar, and i’m just happy he was there with me… =)

cute thought but u are sooooooooo cheating. it doesnt count if the guy is your bf. next time im in town we’re going out and doing this properly…..its just a drink, so it should be ok. =) right?
